We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Please contact Customer Service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your Elleschic wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

1. Please leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping notification will be updated to you. Besides, phone number is required for delivery, please leave correct phone number because the carrier & deliverer may contact you for delivery if necessary.

2. Shipping address should be detailed enough, it would be better if it includes Apt/unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by elleschic. Unsuccessful delivery caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column can not be compensated by elleschic.

3. Please note that we do ship parcels to P.O. Box Address and Military Address via Standard Shipping methods, but Express shipping methods are not available to P.O. Box and Military Address.

4. If you need the item urgently or for scheduled occasions such as party, vacation/holiday, trip, anniversary, ceremony, etc. We would friendly advise you choosing the Express shipping method.

5. Please note that shipping to outlying territories or remote areas & islands may take much longer shipping time.

6. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays or extreme weathers, because the manufacturers & carriers will limit or suspend their operations at these times, unfortunately this is outside of our control, normal service resumes soon after each holiday or extreme weather ends.

7. It may take a few days to follow order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the tracking website. If the information has not appeared on the tracking website, please try again in 1-3 days later.

8. Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 35-45 days for destinations in Latin America, like Brazil, Chile, Colombia, etc. 25-40 days for destinations in Africa, like South Africa, Egypt, and 10-25 working days in Philippines.
